Things YOU Need to do to WOW Your Clients, Impress THEM and to Surprise THEM:

  1. Are you calling back all enquiry’s same day (worst case within 24 hours)?
  2. Sent out fact filled and comprehensive Treatment Buyer Guides for all your treatments either in the post of via email, which ever they prefer (or even both).
  3. Within 10 minutes of booking send them out confirmation emails of everything they need to know – preferably automated from clinic software!
  4. Text them 5 days and the day beforehand to make sure they are already for their treatment.
  5. Super happy and friendly staff, with a “can do” attitude.
  6. Clean and tidy clinic/salon, this done daily as a must.
  7. Elegant and stylish fit out of clinic/salon.
  8. Offer to take everyone’s jacket and offer them a drink upon arrival whether tea (herbals), coffee (iced), water, fruit juices, smoothies or prosecco.
  9. Frame all training certificates on a wall that everyone can see to WOW you customers with all your qualifications.
  10. For customers who’ve had 2 or more treatments in last the 12 months with you, on their birthday send them out flowers along with a birthday card and for 4 or more treatments when they are next in give them a bottle of Prosecco.
  11. Call them the day after their treatment to make sure everything went well and to help with any issues or questions they have.
  12. For first time customers, send out a thankyou card to thank them for their business a week later.
  13. Send them a voucher for £30 off if they refer a friend for any aesthetics treatments eg £50 plus.
  14. Send Christmas cards out for everyone who has been a customer in the last 3 years.
