As we are both a training and advanced equipment supplier while also operating our own clinics it surely goes without saying that we practice what we preach around here!
Now I appreciate some of you may already being doing a few of these things but even if you are, it never hurts to be reminded of what it is that can keep you looking in your 30s when in fact you’re in your 50s…
So without further ado here is our Top Anti-Aging Tips:
1. Drink between 2 to 3 litres of water EVERY day (make sure it’s filtered – very important)
2. Exercise every other day but at least 3 times a week.
3. Wear minimum of SPF15 every single day (SPF30 in summer), come rain, wind or shine (yes that includes Christmas Day also!) with built in moisturizer eg Boots Repair & Protect Number 7.
4. Avoid Stress.
5. Get 8 hours a night sleep (absolute minimum of 7 hours)
6. Sleep on your back so not to create wrinkles around the eyes plus it defies gravity around the mouth area if you sleep for 8 hours this reduces gravities effect by a third of your life!
7. Avoid polluted environments ie next to busy roads or railways.
8. Cut back on sugars, alcohol, cigarettes and drugs.
9. Avoid mass produced food full or chemicals, eat fresh and organic.
10. Skin Micro Needling treatment ideally every 2 to 3 months but at least twice a year to reduce lines, wrinkles and give your face a radiant glow.
11. To lift the face so to defy gravity and tighten the skin a HIFU treatment on face and neck every year.
12. Avoid Botox at all costs as this will age you long term, by reducing muscle mass in your face, you have been WARNED!
